Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse clientele, working between our Bowral clinic and on road community visitations.

You will be working in a friendly team headed by the owner and senior Physio that has a passion for building repport with her clients and employees

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

  • Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for clients.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and their families.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.

  • Current registration with the AHPRA regulatory body.

  • Proven experience working in a similar setting, preferably with experience in aged care, home care, NDIS, or WorkCover.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-road appointments.
