Dental on Lawrence is looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Senior Receptionist / Practice Manager to join our professional and supportive dental team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping a practice running smoothly.

About the Role:

You'll be the welcoming face of our practice - coordinating daily operations, supporting our dentists and team, and ensuring our patients enjoy a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day front office and administrative operations
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient communication, and recall systems
  • Support the dental team with workflow, compliance, and daily coordination
  • Process payments, health fund claims, and treatment estimates
  • Assist with staff coordination and practice systems
  • Ability to assist in the clinical area when required is highly advantageous

About You:

  • Previous dental experience is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Confident using computers and booking systems (training provided)
  • Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
