National Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant & Receptionist to assist the team in our modern Chadstone practice on a full time basis.

About the Role

As a Senior Dental Assistant & Receptionist in our thriving Chadstone practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • 3+ years experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)
  • Qualification in Dental Assisting (Cert III or Cert IV) (essential)
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Previous experience in ordering (desired)
  • Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W)

  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
