  1. Senior Interior Designer (Hotel Specialist)

Full-time | Melbourne | 8+ years' experience

We're seeking a highly capable Senior Interior Designer with extensive hotel and F&B design experience who can lead concept creation, manage complex packages, and drive projects from briefing to delivery.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years' interior design experience, with substantial hotel design experience (essential).
  • Strong experience across guestrooms, suites, public areas, F&B venues.
  • Ability to create original, high-level concepts independently.
  • Advanced documentation skills, including joinery, millwork, FF&E and materials packages.
  • SketchUp (SKU) proficiency required.
  • Confident in client presentations with developers, hotel operators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide junior team members and coordinate internal workflows.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.

  • Interior Designer (Hotel & Hospitality Projects)

Full-time | Melbourne | 3+ years' experience

We're looking for an Interior Designer with a strong foundation in hotel or hospitality design to support project teams across concept development, documentation, and FF&E.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years' interior design experience, ideally with hotel or hospitality experience.
  • Confident with FF&E schedules, materials, specifications, and documentation.
  • Ability to support concept development and detailed design packages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite.
  • SketchUp (SKU) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
