Corporate Sales Executive

About the Role
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients and developing professional referral partnerships to support business growth for BVS and Baikada. This is a casual role with flexible, project-based hours depending on business needs and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue targets
- Generate and manage leads from industries such as real estate, finance, and professional services
- Build and maintain partnerships with agents, accountants, and consultants
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business functions
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and partnership agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly performance updates
- Organize and facilitate client engagement or networking activities
Work Setup
- Flexible Hours: 7.5–20 hours per week, based on mutual availability and workload
- Hybrid Model: Combination of remote work and on-site meetings as required
- Networking Allowance: Reimbursable budget for approved client engagement expenses
- Weekly Check-Ins: Regular coordination with the Managing Director or Business Growth Lead
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable with flexible working arrangements
