Food Services Supervisor

The Team:

The Role:

• We're looking for a dedicated Food Services Supervisor to support and lead our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you'll help guide a diverse group of individuals, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and deliver excellent service.
• You'll manage ordering, rostering, HR tasks, budgets, maintain our food safety plan, and oversee our electronic menu management system.
• Experience in healthcare settings and managing special dietary requirements is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure are essential. If you're a positive, organised leader who enjoys fostering a supportive team environment, we look forward to hearing from you.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 2 January 2026. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:
$81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

• Certificate III in Cookery or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisors Certification (HLTFSE001, HLTFSE007 & HLTFES005) or equivalent
• Current Driver's Licence
• Proven experience in an acute hospital setting
