What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work alongside the Branch Manager to keep things running smoothly – supporting the team, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and mentoring a close-knit team across customer service, sales, and operations
  • Assisting with stock control, safety, and general branch admin
  • Stepping up to lead the branch in the Manager's absence
  • Working closely with trade and industrial customers to deliver great service and solutions
  • Helping drive branch performance and culture

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a 2IC, team leader, or supervisor role – ideally in trade, industrial, or retail
  • A confident communicator with strong people and customer skills
  • Organised, hands-on, and able to keep calm under pressure
  • Someone who values teamwork, safety, and delivering on commitments
