Baker & Cake Decorator – Full Time

Join Brisbane's Dello Mano handmade bakery - now located in West End

At Dello Mano, we've been creating indulgent, handmade brownies, cakes, and sweet treats for over 18 years. Now, we're looking for a skilled Baker and/or Cake Decorator to bring creativity, passion, and precision to our kitchen.

We'd love you to have both baking and decorating skills – but if you're great at one, we still want to hear from you. We'll shape the role around your strengths.

What you'll be doing:

  • Baking brownies, cakes & pastries to exceptional standards
  • Decorating cakes with creativity and flair
  • Helping develop new recipes & seasonal creations
  • Maintaining strict food safety & hygiene
  • Working as part of a small, passionate team

You'll bring:

  • Proven baking and/or cake decorating experience
  • An eye for detail and pride in your craft

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional baker or cake decorator in a commercial setting
  2. Demonstrated expertise in preparing a wide range of baked goods, including artisanal pastries, cakes and desserts
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to create visually stunning baked products
  4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
  6. Passion for the art of baking/or cake decorating and a commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients
