**About the Role**

As a Cake Finisher, you'll be responsible for the final decorative touches that turn a cake into a work of art. This includes icing, decorating, and preparing cakes for display or custom orders. Chocolate experience is desired.

**Location**: Maggio's Ryde
**Schedule**: Availability across Tuesday to Saturday
**Hours**: 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM
**Pay Range**: Awarded casual rates

**Key Responsibilities**: Ice and decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, and other finishes

- Collaborate with bakers and decorators to meet production needs Work with chocolate décor, ganache, and chocolate-covered elements (experience preferred)

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**:

- Reliable transport for early morning shifts
- Experience in a commercial kitchen

**Qualifications**: Previous experience finishing cakes

Strong attention to detail and artistic skillsAbility to work efficiently and meet deadlinesReliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus
