A great opportunity exists for a Principal Financial Adviser to join Zurich Assure, offering specialised insurance advice to an extensive portfolio of clients.

Zurich Assure is Zurich's Australian life insurance advice business, committed to helping all who need it find the cover they need to protect everything they live for. It combines specialist life insurance advisers and expertise, with digital tools that make the advice process quick and simple – the way life insurance advice should be.

As a Principal Financial Adviser, you will proactively nurture and grow our advice business by providing exceptional advice services and deepening client relationships. Your tailored advice solutions will ensure clients' needs are met as you continuously listen, care for, coach and advise them to realise their protection goals. Working collaboratively across our business, you will also utilise digital technology and data to continuously enhance Zurich's efficient and compliant advice model.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

  • Strong experience in advice with a comprehensive understanding of insurance advice, products and the Australian insurance and advice markets
  • Experience in complex insurance advice needs, such as business succession, buy/sell agreements and key person risk, not mandatory but highly regarded
  • Ability to manage workflow and activity across a team of advisers to ensure advice is delivered efficiently and activity levels meet business requirements
  • Exceptional customer/stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Adaptability to new processes, ways of working and client engagement models
  • Demonstratable high standards of compliance
  • Experience delivering advice solutions across digital channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • FASEA qualified
