Senior Consultant
to join our growing Melbourne team and lead impactful projects that create lasting community value.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll:

  • Lead complex procurement and advisory projects from planning through to contract award.
  • Advise clients on policy interpretation, strategy, and delivery that maximise
    social impact
    .
  • Develop advanced bid and tender strategies for clients pursuing government contracts.
  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a subject-matter expert in social procurement.
  • Mentor and guide consultants within the team, contributing to Sedo's culture of excellence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and share thought leadership through events and publications.

About You

You're an experienced procurement professional who thrives on making a difference.

You bring:

  • 3+ years' experience
    in government procurement, contract administration, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Victorian State Government procurement requirements
    , including social and sustainable procurement.
  • Proven success managing complex projects from strategy to delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with tools like
    Microsoft 365
    ,

    ,
    Clockify
    and
    Employment Hero
    (desirable but not essential).
