The Role

A boutique consulting firm is seeking Senior Consultants to deliver operational excellence and data-driven improvement across diverse client projects. You'll work on strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives—lifting performance, embedding process change, and delivering measurable results.

The ideal candidate blends consulting experience, analytical capability, and curiosity for how businesses can run better.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver operational excellence and improvement initiatives end to end
  • Map current state, design future state, and implement practical solutions
  • Lead or co-lead stakeholder workshops, governance, and reporting
  • Apply Lean and process improvement frameworks to solve real business issues
  • Use data and analytics (Excel, Power BI, or similar) to back insights and recommendations
  • Support junior team members and contribute to practice growth

What We're Looking For

  • Consulting background from a top-tier or comparable firm
  • Strong analytical skills – advanced Excel and exposure to BI platforms
  • Experience or strong interest in operational improvement and process optimisation
  • Confident communicator who engages well with senior stakeholders
  • Melbourne based (Sydney considered for exceptional candidates)

Highly Regarded:

  • Demonstrated delivery of operations excellence or improvement programs
  • Lean certification or applied Lean experience
