As a Senior IT Consultant & Account Manager, you'll be the go-to advisor for our clients — guiding them through IT strategy, managing key relationships, resolving high-level issues, and doing the work to deliver technical projects that produces business benefits for their business.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, reliability, and transparency
  • Handle Tier 3 escalation support and complex technical troubleshooting
  • Lead or participate in project work (migrations, deployments, etc.)
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients align IT with their business goals
  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Appreciate the importance planning, documentation and getting the job done
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
  • Have 5+ years of hands-on IT experience (in an MSP or consulting environment)
  • Are passionate about client success and building strong, lasting relationships
  • Can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Enjoy both strategic planning and rolling up your sleeves for technical execution
  • Are skilled in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, security, networking, virtualization and modern workplace environments
  • Take ownership and know what that means to a client
  • Lead by example, walk the walk
