As the leading repairer for spray-painting, panel beating, and mechanical repairs in the area, we pride ourselves on a friendly, family-oriented environment that values every team member's contribution.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Collision Workshop/Production Manager to guide our skilled team of 25 panel beaters, spray painters, and other production staff. Whether you come with a strong Collision management background or have hands-on workshop experience (e.g., Panel or Paint Team Lead) and are looking to step into a leadership role, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career.
As the Production Manager, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring that workshop processes run smoothly, repairs are completed on time, and customer expectations are exceeded.

- Proven experience in a management role within the collision repair industry (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
