Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Townsville, QLD for a Service Advisor / Workshop foreman. The Candidate will be responsible for providing customer-focused service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Typical day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers regarding their needs, preparing service and repair estimates, and managing service schedules. They will also liaise between customers and the service team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer-focused Service skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school or equivalent; additional automotive training or education is beneficial
