Workshop Hand / Assembler – Full Time

Location: Seven Hills, NSW

The Sydney Fan Company is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Workshop Hand / Assembler to join our team in Seven Hills. This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No experience is required — perfect for juniors or anyone looking to start their career in a hands-on workshop role. Basic hand-tool knowledge is helpful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble commercial fans and ventilation products
  • Use hand tools, battery-powered tools, and basic power tools
  • Assist with general workshop duties
  • Collect and deliver parts (company vehicle provided)
Requirements:
  • No experience required — training provided
  • Basic hand tool knowledge helpful but not essential
  • Hardworking, conscientious, and able to take direction
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Current valid driver's license (essential for deliveries/collections)
  • Must be legally authorised to work in Australia
  • Juniors are strongly encouraged to apply
