About the Role

Location: Seven Hills or Ingleburn

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, in this newly created position you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our national frameworks for quality, compliance, and workplace safety.

This is a hands-on, leadership role – responsible for ensuring consistent standards and best practice across all branches.  You'll provide guidance and coaching to managers and teams, to embed a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO, NDIS, and TGA standards
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, NDIS Practice Standards, environmental, and corporate obligations
  • Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and quality inspections nationally
  • Develop and implement WHS policies, procedures, and training programs
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with leaders to drive a proactive safety and compliance culture
  • Provide performance reporting, insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and industry bodies

About You

You thrive on improving systems, engaging teams, and delivering practical outcomes. You combine strategic oversight with hands-on involvement.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Quality, Compliance, or WHS leadership role (ideally gained in healthcare, equipment or service/production sectors)
  • Solid understanding of NDIS, ISO, or TGA frameworks.
  • Proven ability to implement systems across multi-site operations and diverse roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualification in related field (highly regarded)
