About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and fashion-forward Retail Stylist to join our team at our Paddington boutique. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, offering expert styling advice, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, luxury customer experience aligned with the Alamour brand.
  • Provide one-on-one styling consultations for formalwear, bridal, and evening gowns.
  • Assist clients in finding the perfect fit, colour, and style to suit their occasion.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure gowns are presented beautifully at all times.
  • Assist with steaming, tagging, and preparing stock for display.
  • Manage fitting appointments and provide accurate product information.
  • Handle POS transactions and uphold accuracy in sales reporting.
  • Support the team with daily store operations, cleanliness, and organisation.
  • Build strong customer relationships and contribute to repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail.
  • Experience in retail sales (fashion or boutique experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and peak retail periods.
