Our growing womenswear brand has expanded into a new dedicated ready to wear boutique in Paddington, Sydney. We are seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager who has a passion for luxury womenswear, client engagement with a natural ability to welcome and to host. The successful applicant will be highly organised, driven to achieve sales targets and have an ability to work both independently and in a team environment. It is desirable to have fashion retail experience or experience in the client service industry.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Client Relationship Management: Creating an exceptional shopping experience, nurturing those relationships and growing the retail database.
- Styling Expertise: inspiring and creating outfitting options for clients, using positive elevated language, building client wardrobes and assisting in training team members.
- Showroom Presentation: Ensuring the boutique reflects the PJ Femme luxury brand aesthetic.
- Boutique Operations
- Leading by example and leading a team
- Team Collaboration: Working harmoniously with colleagues to uphold our brand's goals and warm culture.
