We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced **Store Manager to join our Paddington Boutique**, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the sass & bide brand. To be successful in this role, you must be motivated by driving sales and managing a team to deliver excellence. You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise your stores performance.
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a flagship store manager of a luxury fashion brand or similar;
- Proven success in building and maintaining a VIP customer base;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer experience - deliver a personalised, luxury, one on one store and customer experience the sass & bide way;
- Proven management experience and the ability to achieve results through providing constructive feedback and coaching;
- Strong product knowledge and knowledge of the market and trends;
- Strong leadership and people skills - lead, coach and develop your team in their current role and toward career goals;
- Detail orientated and highly organised with the ability to prioritise the needs of the business;
- An abundance of energy, positivity, ability to motivate others and living the sass & bide values;
- Upholding the image of the brand as a Brand Ambassador by portraying a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette;
- Ensure the store atmosphere upholds brand image; and
- Love for our brand and be our aspirational Brand Ambassador
