The opportunity
The Integration Developer is a key member of the IT Applications and Integration Team, responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of APIs and system integrations across projects and business functions. This role contributes to ensuring integration components meet business requirements and deliver value to both internal and external stakeholders. The Integration Developer works with catalogued integration services, applying established principles and patterns to build, enhance, or reuse solutions. The role also supports quality assurance processes and applies domain knowledge to ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with Regis' broader technology strategy.

How you will make an impact as an Integration Developer
The Integration Developer supports the design, development, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations, ensuring alignment with Regis' architecture and business needs. The role involves providing technical advice, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and contributing to solution quality through documentation, testing, and continuous improvement. It also includes monitoring industry trends, supporting end users, managing risks, and promoting safe and compliant work practices, all while delivering responsive and effective service to stakeholders.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in integration development, APIs, ESB, and SOA
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft (highly desirable), Boomi, Tibco, and webMethods
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies including SaaS, IaaS, iPaaS, and CRM systems
- Experience with RESTful services, SOAP, CI/CD pipelines, and integration best practices
- Proven ability to support complex Tier One enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and processes
- Desirable: SQL development/support, data warehousing, ITIL practices, and experience with Epicor, AutumnCare, TimeTarget or Chris21
