Job Title: Maternal Child Health SpecialistJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Child Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy outcomes for children and their families.

This position involves providing comprehensive care and supporting families with timely, accurate, and relevant information and resources to achieve maximum health potential.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Maternal & Child Health Nursing and possess excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered General Division 1 Nurse & Midwife with AHPRA registration.
  • A post graduate qualification in Maternal & Child Health Nursing.
  • Immunisation qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to family centered practice within an integrated early years' service model.
