The Role

We're looking for a Google Ads wiz who can take charge of our digital advertising, SEO, and website management - helping us drive conversions, test ideas, and optimise performance across platforms.

This position is part-time for a Digital Marketing Coordinator, with the option to extend to full-time by incorporating some extra responsibilities supporting campaign rollouts.

Core Responsibilities (Digital Marketing Coordinator):

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across regions and audiences
  • Oversee SEO performance, on-page improvements, and keyword strategy
  • Manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Monitor campaign results and report on performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief in assets and track results
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and content uploads

Optional (Marketing Assistant Extension):

  • Support the Marketing Executive in rolling out campaigns across multiple channels
  • Assist with scheduling, content publishing, and campaign deliverables
  • Help coordinate photoshoots, promotions, and influencer collaborations

You're equal parts analyst and creative, with a drive to see measurable results. You thrive in dynamic environments, love solving problems, and are excited by the idea of shaping how thousands of players discover and book their next great escape.

Required Skills

  1. Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
  2. Google Tag Manager & Analytics
  3. Understanding of SEO principles

Desired Skills

  1. Proven ability to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable growth.
  2. Knowledge of how AI-driven platforms are redefining SEO
  3. Website management (WordPress or equivalent CMS)
  4. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  5. TikTok Ads
  6. Basic knowledge of content strategy or marketing funnels
