**Marketing Manager - Jump Swim Schools**

**The Role**

The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing efforts driving brand awareness, lead generation, content curation/creation across all of our channels.

You will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing and JUMP Swim Schools Operations team, to develop and plan the marketing strategy to drive quality leads, optimize engagement and ensure member retention.

By delivering the content across multiple channels by bringing your own style, expertise and ideas to the role in order to deliver business objectives. You will be able to see campaigns right through from planning to execution and measurement and across all marketing channels, including content development to support growth.

With a minimum 5 years marketing experience managing a national brand, campaigns & stakeholders, you will have an understanding of marketing strategy, communication, briefing, content creation across broadcast and digital channels, paid, owned, and earned media.

Skills & Attributes:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deliver them with speed and accuracy.
- Strong in content curation and social media management (experience in Oktopost preferred, but not essential)

ESSENTIAL:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven performance-based experience
- National or state-based experience
- Previous experience in building a performance culture
- Strength in facilitation/presentation skills
- Numbers driven with a clear understanding of P&L’s and benchmarking
- Previous experience in developing and achieving budgets/targets
- Extensive experience in management and team leader roles
- Drivers Licence

DESIRABLE:

- Previous experience in managing 3rd party vendors
