Data42 is seeking an Executive Assistant to work with the management team in managing competing priorities and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are delivered on time.

Who are Data42:

We are a small team of specialists that get called when problems are complex or span large areas of the meat supply chain. We have the experience and knowledge to answer the supply chain information questions when others don't even know where to begin.

Our solutions are used by more than 80% of the Australian meat and livestock industry. But you won't see our name as we are the team that deliver the solutions used by industry and branded by our clients.

Being a smaller team with great depth of knowledge and experience allows us to rapidly assess the requirements for projects and to determine what is feasible, cost effective and deliverable to our clients.

We are a leader in our field and have been providing software solutions and services to the meat, livestock, and agricultural industry for more than 30 years.

About The Role:

This role sees you as vital resource within Data42 administrating a range of projects and directly engaging and communicating with our clients, industry bodies and government.

You will be based in the Norman Park office engaging directly with the clients to ensure the various program data is received, processed and reports issued to clients and industry.

The users of our solutions require simple and effective training material, and your training content and communication skills will form a core part in successfully communicating to industry.

The scope of the data systems we develop and operate for our clients cover the whole meat and livestock supply chain from livestock breeding thought to end user consumption in export markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Program administration (client management, processing data, generation of reports, system enhancement suggestions, and internal project management system administration).
• Project coordination to ensure milestones and deliverables related to contract and delivered on time.
• Technical documents (such as project requirements, specifications, release notes, and briefs).
• Social Media content on a variety of subjects, across multiple platforms.

About you - Our Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Extensive program administration experience, especially with data driven system.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grasp very complex business processes along the whole meat and livestock supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience in business communication and social media management.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients, programs and deadlines simultaneously.
• Stakeholder management experience is a necessity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working with clients, industry and government.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to solve complex problems and work self-directed to achieved outcomes.

Highly Valued:

Domain knowledge of the meat and livestock industry.
