Azooa is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced ICT Procurement Officers to support a federal government initiative. You'll join the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C), contributing to major ICT projects and working alongside technical and procurement stakeholders.


Role Summary

You'll manage ICT procurement activities end-to-end through BuyICT panels, draft documentation, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with CPRs and the PGPA Act. The role also involves mailbox administration, stakeholder engagement, and supporting tender evaluations.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver procurement support across ICT projects

Prepare documentation for labour hire, hardware, software (via BuyICT)

Use DTA's BuyICT platform for tender administration

Provide advice on procurement thresholds and approvals

Manage contract issues, supplier relationships, and mailbox

Ensure compliance with PGPA Act, CPRs, and WoAG frameworks


Required Experience

4+ years in ICT Government Procurement

Strong knowledge of PGPA Act, CPRs, and BuyICT processes

Ability to analyse ICT markets and suppliers

Skilled in tender evaluation and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication


Current NV1 security clearance
(essential)


Role Details

  • Location: 1 National Circuit, Barton ACT
  • Hours: Up to 40 per week
  • Hybrid: On-site preferred, flexible arrangements considered
  • Start: 3 November 2025
