Work with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an IT Helpdesk Coordinator on a 4 week assignment starting Monday 17th November.

This organisation is a leading brand with offices in multiple countries, specialising in rare disorders.

The Role

Reporting to the IT Specialist, you will;

  • Provide onsite technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software.

Experience

For this position, you will have;

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT.
  • Local experience working in an IT Helpdesk role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
