Successful Candidates Will Bring

- Previous experience in an IT management and senior support role with level 2/3 technical rigour and understanding.
Your Technical Skillset Should Include
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
- Competence with networks, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions
- Experience providing Tier 2/3 technical support and escalation management
- Practical understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, Essential Eight, NIST)
- Involvement in project work such as migrations, upgrades, and security implementations
- Industry certifications (desirable, not essential)
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for key client accounts
- Leading client meetings to provide technical insights and business-aligned IT recommendations
- Providing Tier 2/3 technical support and assisting senior engineers with complex workloads
- Implementing practical cybersecurity improvements for client environments
- Supporting IT projects such as cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades
- Ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive service, and consistent delivery
- Documenting systems, incidents, and process improvements accurately and thoroughly
