Successful Candidates Will Bring

  • Previous experience in an IT management and senior support role with level 2/3 technical rigour and understanding.

Your Technical Skillset Should Include

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments
  • Competence with networks, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions
  • Experience providing Tier 2/3 technical support and escalation management
  • Practical understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, Essential Eight, NIST)
  • Involvement in project work such as migrations, upgrades, and security implementations
  • Industry certifications (desirable, not essential)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for key client accounts
  • Leading client meetings to provide technical insights and business-aligned IT recommendations
  • Providing Tier 2/3 technical support and assisting senior engineers with complex workloads
  • Implementing practical cybersecurity improvements for client environments
  • Supporting IT projects such as cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication, proactive service, and consistent delivery
  • Documenting systems, incidents, and process improvements accurately and thoroughly
