The Role:

As General Manager, you'll be the heart of the restaurant – inspiring your team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering the unforgettable experiences our guests keep coming back for.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front- and back-of-house team
  • Maintain top-tier service during busy periods while keeping the energy high
  • Oversee daily operations including rostering, stock, budgets, and compliance
  • Champion our fun, welcoming, and inclusive vibe every day
  • Be the face of the restaurant – engaging with guests, solving problems, and creating fans
