Sitemax works with some of Australia's leading construction and development companies to deliver superior scaffold containment and construction site signage for projects.

The purpose of this role is to service our clients however necessary to maintain existing client relationships and grow accounts where possible.

About the Role:

Client Support


• Answering incoming phone calls & making outbound calls


• Processing quotes and orders in line with SLA


• Handling client issues and liaising with BDM's to ensure a prompt resolution


• Liaising with BDM's & operations team regarding urgent delivery requirements


• Logistics co-ordination for remote warehouses and direct ship orders


• Assist the BDM's and the Marketing Team by maintaining an accurate CRM system

Install Coordination


• Maintain accurate project records and documentation


• Facilitate communication with clients, subcontractors, Sitemax Operations and BDM's


• Coordinate project meetings, including agenda prep and minute-taking


• Purchasing / sourcing prices from subcontractors


• Logistics coordination for materials required for installation


• Scheduling subcontractors and labour in line with project timeline

We are seeking a team member who:


• Has 2+ years in fast-paced administration or customer service roles


• Has previous experience in the use of use of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)


• Competent in the Microsoft suite (especially outlook, excel, word)


• Takes ownership of their work and maintains high-quality standards


• Is eager to learn and improve processes to increase productivity


• Is adaptable and flexible with work hours as required


• Is reliable and trustworthy, capable of working unsupervised
