An award-winning, independent agency with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Los Angeles (US) are on the hunt for a Paid Media Manager, due to new business wins. With a focus on eCommerce, this role will work with some of Australia's most iconic fashion and retail brands.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Responding to paid media briefs
  • End-to-end management/ implementation of Search and Social campaigns
  • Paid Media strategy
  • Campaign optimisation
  • Campaign analysis and reporting
  • Client management

What you'll need to get the job:

  • Extensive paid media/ performance marketing experience, both search and social
  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Proven experience working on eCommerce/ ROAS focused campaigns
  • Ability to manage performance marketing campaigns end-to-end from taking briefs and setting strategy through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Client/ account management experience
  • Experience with industry tools and platforms including: Google Ads, Search Console, Performance Max, Google Analytics, Meta Ads etc
  • A data-driven approach and genuine passion for increasing ROI for your clients

Salary: $85-95k + super
