We provide structured, therapeutic support for people with disabilities and young people transitioning into independent living. The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday) Team Leader for an immediate start based in Maitland to step into our working-leadership model within one of our SIL homes.
This is a hands-on leadership role working directly alongside your team while guiding, coaching, and ensuring consistency across the home.
You will:
- Provide daily leadership, supervision, direction, and mentoring
- Model trauma-informed, professional practice
- Maintain structure, routines, boundaries, and consistency
- Oversee documentation, compliance, risk, and incident response
- Support participant routines, independence, wellbeing, and safety
- Build a strong, respectful, accountable team culture
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently

Essential Requirements
- Cert IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related field
- Leadership or senior support experience within disability, NDIS, youth, or human services
- Strong understanding of SIL, NDIS standards, and quality frameworks
- Ability to lead teams in complex support environments
- Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, Driver's Licence
