Our mission is to disrupt the diamond industry world-wide with sustainable alternatives to mined diamonds. We design exquisite jewellery that is more sustainable, more desirable and more affordable. We provide our customers with unique experience.

Your Role as a Secrets Business Leader:

  • Lead & Inspire – Coach and elevate your team to success across 2 stores
  • Own the Results – Drive sales and performance with strategic planning
  • Deliver Luxury – Create unforgettable experiences for every customer
  • Grow Your Business – Build a loyal client base and run your store like it's your own

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing KPIs)
  • A track record of team development and business growth
  • A passion for premium customer service
  • Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro
  • Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience
