We're a NEW boutique wellness space offering small group training, contrast therapy (ice baths + infrared sauna), guided meditation, and breathwork experiences that support both mental and physical wellbeing.

We're not your typical gym. We're a conscious, heart-led community—and our studio is a sanctuary where people come to slow down, reset, and thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Manager, you'll be an essential part of the SolState experience—supporting members, leading with heart, and helping the studio thrive. Your role will include:

  1. Welcoming new members and guiding them through our onboarding journey
  2. Following up on inquiries with warmth and intention—via phone, email, and social media
  3. Helping the studio meet operational and community engagement goals
  4. Leading with a positive presence during sessions and across the space
  5. Supporting the team with scheduling, daily operations, and studio rituals
  6. Creating uplifting content for social media: from breathwork tips to community stories
  7. Hosting in-house events and encouraging deeper member connection
  8. Maintaining a clean, calm, and healing environment across all areas (including sauna/ice bath rooms, training space, and lounge areas)
  9. Leading team meetings and contributing to our culture of growth and self-leadership

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  1. Have experience in customer service, sales, or people-focused roles
  2. Love using platforms like Instagram & Tiktok to tell authentic stories
  3. Are deeply aligned with health, wellness, and conscious living
  4. Hold (or are willing to obtain) a CPR/First Aid certificate
  5. Can pass a Working With Children Check and Police Check
  6. Certificate III or IV in Fitness—or interest in gaining one
  7. Have experience instructing (or are confident stepping into) small group training sessions that empower and energize
  8. Are flexible with your availability, including early mornings and weekends, and understand that wellness is a lifestyle, not just a schedule
