The shoot assistant will directly support our Shoot Team Leader, assist with shoot preparation, ensure shoot days run efficiently, and maintain a tidy and clean space for the team. Having a creative flair and interest in photography will play a huge draw factor to this role, being the backup support to our in-house photographer, capturing creative imagery, and stepping up and taking charge when needed. **IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR SHOOT ASSISTANT**:

- Assist with shoot preparation including steaming, organising, and packing down stock
- Assist with all incoming/outgoing stock from the studio
- Assist manager with ensuring shoot days are running as efficiently as possible
- Provide assistance to shoot team members when needed
- Organise catering on shoot days for shoot team members and guests
- Maintain the studio space and ensure it’s kept clean and tidy at all times
- Official backup photographer for when the in-house photographer is away
- Assist the photographer by selecting imagery, filtering and editing creative images, shooting accessory product images, etc.
- Assist photographer with any extra tasks when needed eg. the coordination of hiring equipment, dropping off the film, re-painting the cyclorama wall, etc.
- Ensuring requests from other teams are being met eg. cross-checking run sheets for notes from buying team

**COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Photography and editing skills required
- Experience shooting and editing film preferred, but not required
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Proficient in Adobe Bridge & Photoshop
