Our client is an award winning Australian Builder & Developer with a track record of delivering bespoke construction projects over thirty years, ranging from $20M to $200M+. The organisation is highly regarded within the industry and they have built a reputation for multi-award-winning projects, exceptional attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships. Over the past five years, they have experienced sustained growth through repeat business and successful project delivery.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking two experienced Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrators with expertise across all trade packages to support Project Managers and Commercial Managers in overseeing and delivering newly awarded projects across Sydney's Inner West, West, South, CBD, East, and North / North West. Recent project wins have ranged from $20M to $100M+ and will include residential and mixed-use residential projects, education projects, hospitals, hotels, offices, retail, leisure precincts, data centres and office blocks.

Key Requirements for this opportunity include:

  • Minimum five years of post-graduate experience as a Contract Administrator, Project / Site Coordinator, or Project Engineer
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Building & Construction (Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma)
  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or major refurbishment projects
  • Strong expertise in contract administration, procurement, trade letting, cost planning, programming, and scheduling
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing site-based teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing subcontractors
