About the role

Outdoor Elegance, a leading supplier of premium outdoor furniture, is seeking a skilled and organised store person / delivery driver. In this full-time role based in Seven Hills, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of our products, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver and install furniture in customers' homes with care and attention.
  • Ensuring an accurate order fulfilment process direct to our customers and retail store.
  • Assist with basic assembly or placement of furniture at delivery sites if required.
  • Liaise with customers to optimise logistics processes and address any delivery issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and proactively identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of logistics strategies and warehousing to support business growth.
  • Load and unload furniture with care, ensuring all items are handled safely
  • General warehouse duties, receive, check, load and unload stock
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics activities

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a logistics or supply chain role, transport, or warehousing operations
  • Minimum 2-3 years of logistics or warehousing experience required.
  • MR truck licence preferred (but not essential).
  • Valid truck licence required for delivery responsibilities.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure OHS compliance.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Australian work rights required for this position.
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential for this role.
