Role: Van Delivery Driver
Location: Alexandria, NSW
Pay: $41.54 per hour + Overtime + Super
Shift: Night Shift – Weekdays and Weekends – 11:00pm-12:00midnight start – ongoing work
Driver Hire Sydney currently supply the biggest transport companies in the NSW market.
We are currently looking for Van Delivery Drivers for our client based in Alexandria, NSW.
The client is a well-known producer of high quality, healthy and delicious baked goods across Sydney.

Duties of the role:

Van Delivery Driver – delivering baked goods across Sydney
Multi-drop deliveries to commercial businesses so ensuring customer delivery instructions are followed, goods are delivered securely and quality of products are not compromised
Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
Conducting pre-delivery preparations – matching and confirming orders to goods loaded for delivery
Providing excellent Customer Service and Relations
Maintain Van to ensure it is always clean, conduct routine maintenance and it is returned with full tank of petrol
Adhere to company values, principles and policies
Complying to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures
Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (Co R), Fatigue Management and Road Regulations

Requirements of the role:

Car Driver's Licence and minimum 1 year delivery experience
Experienced in multi-drop deliveries across Greater Sydney region
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance
Have a good Driving Record
An up-to-date Resume
Unlimited work rights in Australia
Available for an immediate start
