About the role

As an Office Furniture Installer/Driver at CBD Quality Used Office Furniture Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality office furniture installation services to our valued customers. This full-time position is based in Waterloo, NSW 2017 and involves a mix of driving and hands-on furniture assembly work.

What you'll be doing

  1. Efficiently and safely transporting office furniture to customer sites
  2. Carefully unloading and assembling office furniture at customer locations
  3. Ensuring all furniture is installed to the customer's specifications
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle
  5. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery and installation process
  6. Collaborating with the broader team to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in furniture installation or a similar hands-on role
  2. A valid driver's licence and comfortable driving a van or small truck
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers
  5. A positive, helpful attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  6. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy furniture items
