We're Josh and Amy - The family running Schweitzer Estate Agents. Between property listings, creative campaigns, photography, and family life with two busy boys, we're looking for a personal assistant who can help us stay organised, efficient, and ahead of the game.

About the Role

You'll work closely with both of us, handling a mix of business and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and enjoys variety in their day. No two days will look the same - and that's exactly how we like it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, appointments, and inboxes
  • Coordinating and attending photoshoots, meetings, and client catch-ups
  • Assisting with building and pest inspections, errands, and day-to-day logistics
  • Keeping on top of marketing schedules, content shoots, and team communications
  • Helping manage household organisation (because life doesn't stop when work does)
  • Liaising with trades, clients, and suppliers
  • Supporting with social media and light admin when needed
  • If wanting a career in sales, multi award winning Josh can train you in prospecting and beyond
  • If marketing and the creative world is more you, Amy would love to teach you all she knows

Who You Are

  • Highly organised and proactive - you spot what needs doing before we even ask
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and great at juggling multiple priorities
  • Magnificent sense of humour
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with Canva, and social media tools, Meta Ads is a bonus)
  • A natural communicator who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team where your contribution genuinely matters
  • Physically able to lift things such as heavy camera gear, tripods etc.
