Position Details:

- **Type**: Starting on a 3-month contract with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate quotes for charter services based on client needs and company pricing structures.
- Assess vehicle and driver availability to ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of charter jobs.
- Manage charter bookings from initial inquiry through to confirmation and follow-up.
- Maintain strong client relations through clear, timely, and friendly communication.
- Keep accurate records, documentation, and databases updated and organized.
- Prepare reports and support general administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role is preferred.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
