Your opportunity

The Majors Finance team is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. In this role you will lead the financial management and lease administration of Scentre Group's major tenant portfolio, ensuring financial integrity, lease compliance, and strategic alignment across all assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the majors finance team, coordinating key financial processes and reporting cycles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and business alignment
  • Interpreting complex lease agreements to ensure accurate revenue recognition (rent, recoveries, % rent) and compliance with all financial obligations.
  • Delivery of accurate budgets, forecasts, and reporting, supported by variance analysis and insights on key drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Build effective partnerships with internal teams and major tenants to support strong financial and commercial outcomes.
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support lease negotiations, renewals, and development projects, driving informed decision-making.
