The Role

Mitchdowd is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team, with a primary focus on accurate data entry and efficient handling of orders and customer requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Process buyfiles, update trackers, and manage EDI orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare buyfiles and support sales documentation for the team
  • Handle data entry tasks with efficiency and precision
  • Respond to online customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process online exchanges, returns, and refunds
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records in our systems
  • Support the team with sales reporting via retailer portals and general administrative tasks
  • Assist management with ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers and partners as required

This is a hands-on, varied role that also requires working with a warehouse team where you'll build internal and external relationships while gaining an understanding of our products, systems, and processes.


Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales order process
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills highly regarded)
  • Experience with AP21, Shopify, or retailer portals is an advantage (but not essential)
