Hours are weekdays 9.00am to 5.00pm onsite. This is a supportive team and environment that reports into the Home Manager and, will work closely with the Administration Team.
Located in Ashwood, 14km south of Melbourne CBD.
**The Role**
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they meet entry requirements and sign in via the entry device.
- Assisting with incoming phone calls, taking messages, and escalating communication as required.
- Ensuring that the communal environments remain tidy and report any areas for improvement.
- Ensuring admission and discharge processes are followed in conjunction with the Home Manager and Admissions Team Leader.
- Conducting tours as required in conjunction with the Home Manager and Group Admissions Coordinator.
- Ensuring the compliance and delivery of additional services as per their packages and agreements.
- Completing environmental room audits.
- Assisting with the roster function as directed by the Home Manager and Administration Team Leader.
- Assistance with meetings as directed by the Home Manager and Administration Team Leader.
- Supporting the administrative function in conjunction with the Home Manager and Administration Team Leader.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Support the business adhere to Policies.
- Assist with continuous improvement of process and procedure.
**About you**
- Organisational and time-management abilities.
- Interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other CRM software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in organising events.
- Key element in keeping the site presentable and free from hazards.
- A passion for providing support to teams and creating a positive office culture.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Desirable to have 2 years of experience as Reception, Customer Service Representaitve, Front Office, or Administrative Assistant.
- Would suit a person holding certificate, or planning to undergo certification in the industry or administrative capacities is desirable.
- Eligibility to work in Australia is required.
