About the Role:

We're looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred support to clients living with mental health needs and disabilities across Melbourne and surrounding areas. You'll be assisting with daily living, community access, personal care, and building independence.

What's on Offer:

  • Casual agency shifts – flexibility to choose when and where you work
  • Competitive pay rates:
  • Weekdays: $36 – $45/hr
  • Evenings/Weekends: $50 – $70/hr
  • Public Holidays: up to $90/hr+
  • Ongoing shifts available in community, residential, and supported living settings

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check + Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Reliable transport and willingness to travel across Melbourne suburbs
