About The Role
Accountable to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be focused on the needs and aspirations of the Townsville community; growing and managing customer relationships, developing a culture of customer-centricity and personal accountability; and reshaping how we deliver services to maximise value.

This would include the accurate and timely processing of daily workflows and where necessary investigating and resolving issues within delegated authority or escalating to the appropriate supervisor with recommended resolutions.

About You
Our ideal applicant will have:

  • Advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by verbal and written evidence.
  • Proficiency in system products including but not limited to: ECM/CES/Marvel/Property and Rating.
  • Excellent Customer service skills.
