The Role

As a BDM (Business Development Manager), you'll be in the driver's seat, running structured Zoom and phone sales calls with warm, inbound leads who already know and trust the brand. No cold calling. No scraping lists. Just real conversations with motivated prospects ready to take action.

You'll be selling Empire Mastery and our flagship entry-level programs using proven playbooks that turn interest into enrolments and momentum into results. This is the role for hungry salespeople who love the game, want to make a real impact, and are ready to grow fast.

What You Will Do


• Run structured Zoom and phone sales calls with qualified, inbound leads


• Follow proven call flows and scripts to confidently close deals


• Manage your pipeline, calendar, and follow-ups to maximise conversion


• Collaborate with SDRs and VAs to ensure lead quality and strong show-up rates


• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, and celebrate the wins along the way


• Participate in daily roleplays, training, and feedback loops to sharpen your game

What We Are Looking For


• 3–5 years of phone or Zoom-based sales experience


• Proven ability to close in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment


• Background in B2B, coaching, education, or service-based sales is ideal


• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport fast


• Coachable, competitive, and focused on growth


• Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)


• High energy, self-disciplined, and committed to results
