Salary: Competitive base + excellent commission potential + equity pathway for top performers. Up to $220k OTE plus bonuses for over achievement.

Activeport (ASX:ATV) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne team. We're looking for a motivated sales professional with experience in enterprise information technology environments and a proven ability to sell technology solutions to senior managers and C-level executives. You'll play a key role in driving new business growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding Activeport's market presence in Victoria and across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

To perform effectively you will be required to:


•⁠ ⁠Develop a deep understanding of our software and services to clearly articulate their value and align them to the customers' business goals.


•⁠ ⁠Contribute to sales strategy development and partner with marketing to support campaign execution.


•⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets, and report on sales activities and pipeline progress.

About You


•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3+ years' experience in Software, SaaS, or Automation sales to C-level executives.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent proposal writing skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint expertise.


•⁠ ⁠Background in enterprise information technology environments.


•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of networks, SaaS and cloud services is advantageous.


•⁠ ⁠Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
