We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Functional Specialist to join our Bunnings Technology team.
About The Role

As a ServiceNow Functional Specialist, you'll be part of a close-knit team driving innovation across our Retail Operations and Service Management platforms. From mobile apps to Employee Center Pro portals, you'll help build tools that make a genuine difference.

As a ServiceNow Functional Specialist you will contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives, including:

  • Designing, testing and delivering enhancements across our ServiceNow platform
  • Supporting mobile applications and integrations that power our retail network
  • Collaborating with agile teams to embed DevOps practices and continuous delivery
  • Leading improvements in service quality through performance monitoring and reporting
  • Representing Tech in workshops and project meetings, sharing your expertise
  • Supporting business cases and documentation for upgrades and new features
  • Engaging with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth delivery
  • Mentoring others and helping build capability across the team

About You

In Addition to hit the ground running, you'll bring:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in systems analysis or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules (CSM, ITSM, EC Pro)
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, MySQL, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, SFTP and API integrations
  • Solid grasp of SDLC, STLC and bug lifecycle processes
  • Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A service-oriented mindset and a drive to continuously improve
