Perth Surveying is looking for a Licensed Surveyor with 5+ years' cadastral experience to take the next big step in their career. If you've ever wanted to run your own business without starting from scratch, this is the opportunity.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced, proactive Licensed Surveyor to lead and grow our cadastral division. You'll have end-to-end responsibility across a diverse range of residential and development projects, including:

  • Boundary re-establishments
  • Green title & strata subdivisions
  • Construction set-outs
  • Built strata & amalgamations
  • Legal sign-off and compliance under the Surveying Act 2004
  • Client management, job scoping, and stakeholder communication
  • Mentorship of junior surveyors
  • Contribution to strategic business planning

This role is designed to evolve into a co-director and 50% equity partner in a stand-alone licensed surveying entity under the Perth Surveying umbrella.

What We're Looking For

WA Licensed Surveyor Registration (SLB)

Minimum 5 years' experience in cadastral and residential development projects

Strong understanding of WA land development legislation and survey regulations

Confident managing clients, projects, and survey teams

Proficient in AutoCAD/Civilcad/12d (or ready to adapt to new platforms)

Commercial awareness and an interest in business growth

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

WA Driver's Licence and full working rights
